Rose Meadow consists of two separate, beautiful, spacious homes accommodating people with special needs after brain and/or spinal cord injury. Private resident rooms are offered while large comfortable living, dining, and recreational rooms provide the warmth of family living. Our community-based assisted living program is individualized for each resident. 

We offer 24-hour supervision with nursing support, room and board, case coordination, contract medical management, productive activity development, leisure and recreational activities and full access to all licensed therapies. Along with the high quality of clinical care residents receive; there is also a valuable aspect of 'quality of life' focused on at Rose Meadow.
