Rose Meadow Garden
Rose Meadow Garden was opened in 2007 and is home to 14 residents. This modern and spacious country estate consists of a large kitchen, dining room, two living rooms, recreation room with big screen television, therapeutic gym, atrium, private function/sitting room, six bathrooms, three whirlpool bathtubs, two roll-in handicapped showers and fourteen private bedrooms.
The Garden also has a large sun deck and beautifully landscaped grounds with expansive area for outside activities. Upon arrival you will be greeted by our house dog Miles who is a close companion to all of our residents.
Rose Meadow Garden has 35 dedicated employees and does not use outside nursing agencies. This allows our staff to have an in depth knowledge of each resident both personally and medically to further promote continuity of care and a family atmosphere.
The per diem rate for Rose Meadow Garden includes the following services:
- Room and board
- Private climate controlled fully furnished rooms
- Cable television and wireless internet access
- 24-hour supervision and 24-hours of nursing support daily
- A 2:1 resident to staff ratio
- Internal case management
- Medical needs management
- Ventilator care
- Daily whirlpool baths /showers
- Daily range of motion or Physical Therapy regimen
- Productive skills development
- Physical endurance program
- Daily leisure & recreational activities
- Community involvement & integration
- Transportation to all medical appointments & outings within 50 miles
The cost of prescription medication, physician services, lab & x-ray, medical supplies and outpatient medical care will be billed to the financial provider directly by the service provider or by Rose Meadow as an ancillary charge.
