Rose Meadow Farm
Rose Meadow Farm was opened in 1995 and is home to 11 residents. Converted from an old farm, this lovely country home is complete with kitchen, dining room, two living rooms, a recreation room with pool table and large flat screen television, a spacious and fully equipped endurance gym, four bathrooms, two whirlpool bathtubs, a roll-in handicapped shower and eleven private bedrooms.
The Farm also features spacious landscaped grounds and a large deck that overlooks the small barn which is home to our miniature horse Tuffy, our two sheep Beatrice and Jordan and our two goats Rosie and Ruthie. You will also find our house cat Duncan roaming around the facility seeking attention from residents and staff.
Rose Meadow Farm has 25 dedicated employees and does not use outside nursing agencies. This allows our staff to have an in depth knowledge of each resident both medically and personally and further promotes our family atmosphere.
The per diem rate for Rose Meadow Farm includes the following services:
- Room and board
- Private climate controlled fully furnished rooms
- Cable television and wireless internet access
- 24-hour supervision & 16-hours of nursing support daily
- A 2:1 resident to staff ratio
- Internal case management
- Medical needs management
- Daily whirlpool baths /showers
- Daily range of motion or Physical Therapy regimen
- Productive skills development
- Physical endurance program
- Daily leisure & recreational activities
- Community involvement & integration
- Transportation to all medical appointments & outings within 50 miles
The cost of prescription medication, physician services, lab & x-ray, medical supplies and outpatient medical care will be billed to the financial provider directly by the service provider or by Rose Meadow as an ancillary charge.
