Licensed Practical Nurse -Full Time, Part Time, Per Diem

Rose Meadow is currently looking for Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team! Responsibilities include but not limited to: Monitor the health and clinical status of 11-16 residents, medication dispensing, administer treatments, direct care to residents, ensure implementation of care plans, shift leader to a team of LNAs, documentation, coordinate with outside physicians and therapists. Licensed as a LPN in the State of NH required.

7a-3p, Part Time, 24hrs/wk – $1,000 Signing Bonus

3p-11p, Part Time, every other weekend and one shift during the week, $1,000 Signing Bonus
