Management Team

Our Management Team:

Christine Dimmick – As our Vice President of Program Services and Director of Quality Assurance/Human Resources, Christine acts as a liaison between the corporate office and the 3 program sites to monitor key elements of the services provided.  She ensures consistent practices across programs and acts as a resource to the Administrators for any resident or staff issues.  She is constantly developing quality improvement training programs and oversees that the 3 programs are in compliance with state licensing agencies.  Christine has an extensive background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), case management and program development and has a degree from Wheaton College in Psychology.

Kyla Hall – As our Vice President of Operations and Chief Executive Officer, Kyla is responsible for the overall management of all business aspects of our 3 programs and financial reporting to the corporate office.  She oversees the day to day operations and maintenance of all 3 programs.  She coordinates with the President and Vice President of Program Services to ensure Rose Meadow values are maintained throughout all aspects of programming and operations.  Kyla has fifteen years experience in business management and a degree from Southern New Hampshire University in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting.

Heather Rousseau – As the Director of Program Administration Heather is responsible for the management and implementation of healthcare facility rules, regulations, and standards developed by Rose Meadow management that governs the operation for Rose Meadow Acres (RMA) Rose Meadow Farm (RMF) and Rose Meadow Garden (RMG). Heather ensures the programs maintain appropriate licensure as current and in good standing, and that programs are continuously inspection ready. Heather has been a member of the Rose Meadow team since 2005 and was a major contributor to the construction and design of the Garden. Heather was the Administrator at the Garden from 2007- 2015. She has a degree from the University of New Hampshire in communication and is certified by the American Academy for the Certification of Brain Injury Specialists (AACBIS).

Heather Preston – As the Administrator of Rose Meadow Acres, Heather ensures a safe environment for the residents and that qualified personnel are employed to provide the highest level of therapeutic care.  She makes certain the Acres complies with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and that the Patient Bill of Rights is upheld at all times.  She works with each resident’s family or guardian and funding agency to coordinate their care plan and monitors its compliance.  She is actively involved in managing every aspect of resident care, case management, medical management and community involvement.  Heather began working at Rose Meadow in 2008. She has eleven years’ experience in case management and seventeen years’ experience in Administration.  She has a degree from the University of New Hampshire in Sociology and her Masters from Springfield College in Organizational Management and Leadership.

Jocelyne Auger– As the Administrator of Rose Meadow Garden, Jocelyne ensures a safe environment for the residents and that qualified personnel are employed to provide the highest level of therapeutic care.  She makes certain the Garden complies with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and that the Patient Bill of Rights is upheld at all times.   Jocelyne has been with Rose Meadow since 2011 when she began as a LNA at Rose Meadow Farm. Jocelyne gained the respect of co-workers and was selected by her peers to be the staff representative to Rose Meadow Farm’s Safety Committee.  In 2014, she promoted to Administrative Assistant at Rose Meadow Garden and in 2017 promoted to Administrator.

Nancy Quinn– As the Administrator of Rose Meadow Farm, Nancy ensures a safe environment for the residents and that qualified personnel are employed to provide the highest level of therapeutic care.  She makes certain the Farm complies with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and that the Patient Bill of Rights is upheld at all times.  She works with each resident’s family or guardian and funding agency to coordinate their Care Plan and monitors its compliance.  She is actively involved in managing every aspect of resident care, case management, medical management and community involvement. Nancy has worn many hats at Rose Meadow. She was the Administrative Assistant at The Acres since they opened in 2015 and prior to that was an LNA at the Farm for 13 years.

Trey Hiott – As our RN, Director of Nursing for Rose Meadow Acres, Trey is responsible for the day to day implementation of the client care plans, rehab programs and supported residential services offered at Rose Meadow Acres.  He ensures that the policies and procedures for the care provision of services are adhered to by all Rose Meadow Acres nursing staff.   He monitors the health and needs of all Rose Meadow Acres residents and provides direct resident care.  He is responsible for facilitating all medical appointments, medications, durable medical equipment and therapies for Rose Meadow Acres.  In addition to his responsibilities as the RN at Rose Meadow Acres, Trey also serves as a mentor for the entire Rose Meadow nursing team and is actively involved in implementing best practices and ensuring consistency across program sites as the Director of Nursing.  Trey has been a dedicated member of the Rose Meadow family since 2000. He has been a Registered Nurse since 2010 and also has a degree in Social Science from Charleston Southern University.

Kelly Houghton- As our RN, Client Care Coordinator, Kelly is responsible for the day to day implementation of the client care plans, rehab programs and supported residential services offered at Rose Meadow Garden.  She ensures that the policies and procedures for the care provision of services are adhered to by all Rose Meadow Acres nursing staff.   She monitors the health and needs of all Rose Meadow Garden residents and provides direct resident care. She is responsible for facilitating all medical appointments, medications, durable medical equipment and therapies for Rose Meadow Garden.  Kelly comes to Rose Meadow with over 20 years of experience in diverse healthcare environments. Kelly has been a dedicated member of the Rose Meadow family since 2007 and a Registered Nurse since 2015.  Kelly has a bachelors degree in Human Services from Springfield College, an associates in Nursing from St. Joseph School of Nursing and E.M.T., C.P.R., I.V. Therapy and basic life support certifications.

Andrea Gagnon- As our Marketing and Admissions Coordinator, Andrea is responsible to promote referral relationships for individuals with brain injury, spinal cord injury, or a neurological disorder that will meet admission needs of the health care entities. She works closely with families, guardians and funding agencies to complete the admission process of each new resident. Andrea participates in our targeted trade shows as well as arranges and completes our tours of all three of our programs. Andrea puts out all of our marketing and sales material. She has a Bachelor’s of Arts from Rivier University and comes to us with seven years of case management experience.
